What it is
Signing up on RadioInternet.ca means creating your free account to enjoy the full ecosystem. The account is free and permanent — it never expires — because everything on the site is free, for everyone, until further notice. Listening does not even require an account — the account is your personal space: submitting music, your preferences, your consents.
The account is simple: a username and a password. That’s all we require. Email is optional — it only helps if you ever need to reset your password. No long form, no unnecessary personal information, and no card of any kind.
How to use it
First step: click “Sign up” in the menu, or the free-account button on the Free page. You arrive on the sign-up page.
Second step: choose your username and a password. If you want, add your email address — it is optional and never verified.
Third step: accept the terms of use and confirm. Your account is created right away, with full access.
Fourth step: to get back into your account, use the “My account” page. That’s where you see your information, your account creation date and your consents.
Good to know
Your account never expires and nothing ever renews or gets billed: there is simply nothing to pay. The site’s public content also stays open to everyone, account or not, as usual.
Keep your password in a safe place, like for any important account. If you did not provide an email address, a password reset by email will not be possible — that is the only difference, and the sign-up page says it plainly.
Signing up takes two minutes, no more. After that, your space is yours — for good.
